I offer a unique blend of mental health education, personal growth, and socialization. While many event ventures focus on socializing and others provide psychoeducational workshops, I saw a unique opportunity to merge the two. This integration aims to create a cohesive experience where learning and community-building go hand in hand.

INTERACTIVE MENTAL
HEALTH EDUCATION

My events are designed to make mental health education fun and accessible while remaining evidence-based and reliable (e.g., with licensed professionals and therapists). Through interactive workshops, engaging activities, and opportunities for meaningful connections, attendees not only gain valuable insights into mental health but also enjoy a supportive community environment and fun activities (e.g., pottery, painting).

My events offer a holistic approach to personal growth and mental health through psychoeducation, creativity, and connection.

Holding a Ph.D in psychology, I bring a depth of expertise and credibility to my events, ensuring that attendees receive scientific information and practical tools for enhancing well-being. By blending psychoeducation with socialization, my events offer a unique approach to personal growth and mental health, empowering individuals to thrive in their lives.

TOGETHER

Let’s Work

I'm passionate about creating engaging and educational experiences that not only inform but also inspire and empower participants. That being said, I'm continuously seeking collaboration with professionals in the mental health field, exploring unique venues, and integrating innovative activities into our events.

If you’re interested in crafting private events tailored specifically for your brand, let’s discuss how we can bring your vision to life. I’m excited to work together to create meaningful, impactful experiences.

IN FULL BLOOM

Attendees learned about how to practice self-compassion in their lives through an inspiring talk by Christine Grace McCulkin. This was paired with a floral arranging workshop, where we learned how to thoughtfully put together flowers as an act and reminder of self-compassion. We also enjoyed delicious bowls sponsored by Brasa Peruvian. Attendees left with gift bags from our sponsors: Intelligent Change, Organika Health, arte* foods, Formula Fig, and BioK+.

ANGER & ART

This event delved into understanding and expressing anger in healthy ways. Led by youth engagement specialists Sam Osman and Mardi Daley from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). This workshop also featured a session in the art of kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Attendees had the opportunity to physically express their anger by breaking ceramics and then thoughtfully piecing them back together. We also enjoyed delicious smoothies from Brasa Peruvian. Gift bags included the following sponsors: BioK+, Muji, and Unrest.

BREATH & BRUSH

The debut of our community events, focusing on mindfulness and creativity. Attendees enjoyed an inspiring, fun, and engaging experience. The event began with an insightful talk on mindfulness by Dr. Monica Vermani, a clinical psychologist, teacher, and author. This was followed by a lunch break, offering a chance to mingle and savor delicious bowls courtesy of Brasa Peruvian. In line with mindfulness, we concluded with a painting session led by You and I Paint, providing a relaxing activity focusing on the present moment. Gift bags included our sponsors: Laneige, Innisfree, Unrest, Smellies Scents, Essentia Water, and Helfrich Collective.
