My mental health coaching method is rooted in my years of education. While anyone can call themselves a 'coach', my credibility is bolstered by my PhD in psychology. I'm passionate and dedicated to understanding the complexities of the human mind, but also committed to rigorous research standards.

Unlike therapists who offer valuable support (and complement my services), my coaching approach focuses on empowering individuals with tools in the present moment (vs. delving into the past). I do not treati or diagnose mental illnesses, but rather, I’ll provide you with practical tools to help create meaningful change. Leveraging evidence-based strategies from affective science, mindfulness, and positive psychology, I provide compassionate support coupled with scientifically validated techniques. A personal assessment to understand individual needs, challenges, and goals. This initial phase is all about getting to know you and establishing a foundation for the journey ahead.

Creating a personalized action plan that incorporates evidence-based strategies and techniques tailored to the client’s unique situation. this second phase is where the practical aspects of coaching come into play, focusing on skill-building, strategies for coping, and personal growth.

03. Thrive

Implementing and refining the action plan while providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed. This final phase focuses on maintaining progress, fostering resilience, and achieving long-term well-being. The goal is for clients to confidently navigate their lives with the tools and insights gained, ultimately thriving in different aspects of their life.
