Breath & Brush marked the debut of our community events, focusing on mindfulness and creativity. Attendees enjoyed an inspiring, fun, and engaging experience. The event began with an insightful talk on stress and mindfulness by Dr. Monica Vermani, a clinical psychologist, teacher, and author. This was followed by a lunch break, offering a chance to mingle and savor delicious bowls courtesy of Brasa Peruvian. Staying true to the mindfulness theme, we concluded with a guided painting session led by You and I Paint, providing a relaxing activity focusing on the present moment.
